1. Standard
We aim to deliver your new appliance within 3 working days (subject to availability) free of charge for all orders over £300 – if the order is under £300 there is a small £10 charge. This is for ground floor premises within a 20 mile radius of our store, as shown on the map below.
2. Express
If we have an item in stock (as we do for most orders) we can offer express delivery of your appliance within 24 hours of the order being placed for an additional £20.
3. Appointed
We also offer appointed delivery, where we can deliver on a specified day and time (within a reasonable time period) to suit you for an additional £10.
Extras
Stairs: If there are 3 steps or more leading up or down into the property, a 2 person delivery is required, for which we charge an additional £20 each way
American Fridge Freezers / Other Large Appliances: If we need to remove the appliance doors to gain access to the property, there is an additional £20 charge.
Distance: If the delivery address is further than 20 miles from the store (as marked on the map below), there is an additional charge of £1 per extra mile travelled.
Packaging: If required, we can unbox the product and recycle the packaging free of charge.
